Shipping & Returns
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
All returns must have a return authorization number (RA#). You may contact Customer Service email@example.com
* Within 15 days of receipt of your shipment, you may return any unopened/unused item (does not apply to special orders), for any reason.
* There is a 15% restocking fee plus shipping charges for all returned products which are received in resalable condition.
* It is the customer's responsibility to pay for and ship all returned items in accordance with DOT and IATA regulations.
* We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the re-turned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7-14 business days of our receiving your return. If the return is NOT due to our error, we will deduct the shipping cost and restocking fee from your refund.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. If your address is outside the United States 48 states, we will be happy to get a shipping quote for you.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
